Challenge: The challenge with Santander was to increase the bank's proximity to its customers, as well as to attract a new credit card consumer public.

PaP was hired to prospect and attract partnerships to promote the relationship with the customer through a reward program for the use of the card, stimulating the activation of those not yet activated and increasing the average spending of the customer on the card.

Results:

We structured the strategic planning for the formation of the Advantage Club for all Santander credit cards.

We work in attracting local and dotcom partners with full fulfillment of the partnership until the contract is signed, resulting in 420 contracted partners.

We developed and put online the Santander card advantages portal containing all the offers and advantages for the consumer public, with more than 3,000 accesses daily.

The portal gave birth to the Santander Esfera Program, Santander bank's main benefits channel.
