Terms and Conditions of Use
Thank you for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services will be provided by PaP Consultoria e Sistemas Ltda ("PaP"), located at Rua Tabapuã, 145 - Itaim Bibi, in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. The additional terms will be available with the relevant Services and those additional terms will become part of our contract with you if you use those Services.
Our services are available on digital platforms, each of which has its own independent functioning and access.
Our Services are also available in the form of intellectual property through articles sent directly to your electronic mailbox.
Access to our services
To access our services it is necessary that you have made a purchase of them in the form of an active subscription or payment (single or installment). In cases of access through a subscription, this must be active. If your subscription expires due to lack of payment or cancellation for violation of these terms of use, you will not be able to access our Services.
All subscription-based accounts are set up on a pre-payment basis. This means you pay the monthly fee and use it for 30 days with automatic successive renewal until you cancel.
We offer a variety of payment methods, depending on the Services purchased, including and not restricted to credit cards of various flags, bank payment slip, direct deposit and contract billing. For each service offered, the appropriate means of payment shall be made available.
We are not responsible for the credit approval of the credit card companies, nor do we retain any data of the same, which are strictly kept with the operators and chosen flags.
Modifications and cancellation of our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may include or remove functionalities or features and we may also suspend or terminate a Service altogether.
You may stop using our Services at any time, although we will be upset to see you go. PaP may also stop providing the Services to you or, add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you are the owner of your data and that it is important to preserve your access to that data. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, you will be given reasonable notice and a chance to withdraw your information from that Service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account within the portal where you made your payment and clicking the CANCEL button next to your subscription.
How to use our Services
You must follow the policies made available to you within the Services.
Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or attempt to access them by a method different from the interface and instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services if you breach our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Your use of our Services does not give you ownership over intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from the owner of such content or do so by some means permitted by law. These terms do not give you the right to use any trademarks or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, hide or alter any legal notices displayed on or in conjunction with our Services.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You may opt out of some of these communications.
Your PaP Account
You may need to create a PaP Account to use some of our Services. You may create your own PaP Account or your PaP Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. If you are using a PaP Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or deactivate your account.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, notify PaP immediately.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
PaP's Privacy Policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that PaP may use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
Your Content in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays with you.
When you upload or otherwise submit content to our Services, you grant PaP (and those with whom we work) a worldwide license to use, host, store, perform, and privately display such content, consistent with the nature of each Service. The rights you grant in this license are for the restricted purposes of operating and improving our Services and developing new Services. This license lasts even if you stop using our Services. Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that was provided for that Service. In addition, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that restrict the scope of our use of content submitted in those Services. Make sure that you have the necessary rights to grant us the license to any content that you submit to our Services.
You can find more information about how PaP uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for specific Services. If you submit comments or suggestions about our Services, we may use your comments or suggestions without obligation to you.
About Software on our Services
Where a Service requires or includes software available for download, such software may update automatically on your device if a new version or feature becomes available. Some Services may allow you to adjust their automatic update settings.
PaP grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the software provided by PaP as part of the Services. This license is intended solely to allow you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services, as provided by PaP, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our Services or the included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of such software, except where the law prohibits such restrictions, or where you have our written permission.
Open source software is important to us. Some of the software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly supersede some of these terms.
Our Warranties and Disclaimer of Liability
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and hope that you will enjoy your use of them. But there are some things we do not promise about our Services.
Except as expressly provided in these terms or additional terms, neither PaP nor its suppliers or distributors make any warranties about the Services. For example, we are not responsible for the content on the Services, for specific functionality of the Services, or for the reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services on an "as is" basis.
Certain jurisdictions require certain warranties, such as the warranty of implied merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Responsibility for our Services
Where permitted by law, PaP and PaP's suppliers or distributors shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, financial loss, or for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of PaP and its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these terms, including any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to PaP to use the Services (or, in our discretion, to provide you with the Services again).
In all cases, PaP and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
If you are using the Services for personal purposes, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms will limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Commercial uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, that company accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify PaP and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim, suit or action arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees.

Restrictions on use
Prohibited Content
Our Services may not be used to promote offensive, illegal, harassing activities or businesses that are likely to be flagged by agencies / spam filters.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal goods or services
- E-mails that violate CAN-SPAM laws
- Pornography / sexually explicit content
- Escort and dating services
- Pharmaceutical products
- Products involving unsubstantiated medical claims
- Opportunities involving unsubstantiated income claims
- Gambling services or products
- Marketing "likes" or followers to a social media platform
Content subject to scrutiny
While the following activities are not prohibited, they have a higher than normal likelihood of resulting in reputational damage. As a result, companies engaged in these practices that cause or may cause a degradation in the service provided by our Services may be subject to restriction, suspension or termination:
- Stock market and cryptocurrency trading or stock market related content
- Daily Horoscope Reports
- Mortgages and loans
- Nutritional, phytotherapeutic and vitamin supplements
- Adult entertainment
- Services that support mass emailing without creating or reviewing content
- Multi-level marketing
- Affiliate marketing
Prohibited actions
Our Services may not be used in connection with any user content that involves, to any degree, any of the following, under penalty of summary banishment:
- False or misleading business opportunities, scams or pyramid schemes;
- Health claims that have been determined to be misleading by a regulatory agency;
- Illegal activities;
- Sale of medicines or pharmaceutical products;
- Sale of illegal products or services;
- Pornography or sexually explicit content;
- Content that promotes or depicts human trafficking, child abuse, animal abuse, or that encourages or promotes alcohol, drug or other substance abuse, explicit or gratuitous violence, or people being hurt, beaten, injured, attacked or humiliated;
- Content that is unnecessarily shocking to the senses, gratuitously so, or which depicts or promotes accidents, death, hate speech attacking or humiliating a group based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age and the like;
- Any use of the Software in connection with predatory behavior, including invasions of privacy, directed at other persons, particularly children, is not permitted and will not be tolerated.
- Light harvesting or scrubbing of directories, websites, forums, social media sites, etc. All leads must be acquired by completing a voluntary form, such as a registration form, a check-out form, etc.
- Promotion of affiliate links through practices commonly frowned upon in the affiliate marketing industry, including, but not limited to: cookie injection, spam or social media forums, automated scripts, etc.
- Use, initiation or deployment of any automated system, including, without limitation, "robots", "spiders" or "offline readers" on, by or with our software in a manner that uses more resources of (a) the software, (b) any PaP server or website, or (c) any third party server or website, in a given period of time than a human being can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional online web browser
- The sending or distribution of unsolicited commercial e-mail, characterized as SPAM.
- The use of malicious code, spyware, malware, Trojan horses and similar.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes in the law or changes to our Services. You should check the terms regularly. We will post notices about modifications to these terms on this page. We will post notice of changes to additional terms within the applicable Service. Changes will not be applied retroactively and will be effective at least fourteen days after posting. However, changes regarding new features of a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the changed terms of a Service, you should discontinue use of that Service.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail with respect to that conflict.
These terms govern the relationship between PaP and you. They do not create any rights for third parties.
If you do not comply with these terms and we do not take immediate action, that does not mean we are waiving any rights we may have (such as taking future action).
If a specific condition of these terms is not enforceable, this will be without prejudice to any other terms.
