Challenge: Great Schools has a national project to invest in schools that stand out for their reputation in the community. 

Initially PaP was contracted to prospect 200 educational institutions per month, over a three-month period. Subsequently, the company renewed our services, including an increase in the number of schools approached.

We are very happy and we are already looking ahead to next year. We intend to expand the work. PaP, today, is the largest single deal generator for the acquisition pipeline using the net revenue metric, 20% higher than the second generator.

Results:

We structured strategic planning to form a prospecting project that started with a volume of 200 schools, then increased to 564.

We drafted the phone and email approach scripts as well as the entire warm-up ruler for cold and warm leads.

We had a total of 729 companies approached and pipeline management with 215 opportunities.

We generated 56 meetings with qualified leads over a 10-month period.
